PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a storage device compact by storing a one-body storage means with data and a program regarding a musical sound. SOLUTION: Bank data and integer parts FA12-FA26 of a frequency number cumulative value FA are sent from a frequency number accumulator 40 to a ROM 20 through a ROM address control circuit 31, and waveform data RD are read out. Read address data from a CPU 300 are sent to the ROM 20 through the ROM address control circuit 31 and a processing program is read out. The bank data and the integer parts of the frequency number cumulative value FA from the frequency number accumulator 40 are sent to the ROM 20 through a selector 313 and the read address data from the CPU 300 are sent to the ROM 20 through the selector 313 as well. The data select switching of this selector 313 is performed with a clock signal CK2 from a system clock generator 10.
