PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system monitoring device having high reliability by preparing a specific acquisition means, a specific detection means and a specific offer means respectively. SOLUTION: An execution means 1 decides in sequence the control contents of a system S based on plural types of information which are inputted from sensors for control of the system S. A control means 2 carries out the decided control contents for the system S. On the other hand, a detection means 8 compares those information used for control of the system S with each other and detects the correlation of information. Based on this detected correlation, a warning is given to a system manager via a warning means 13, etc., and system manager can carry out such treatments as the change of a control parameter, etc., based on the detected correlation. Furthermore, a correction means 10 corrects the control contents concerning the numerical value participating in the correlation. Thereby, the new correlation if produced by an unexpected situation can be properly reflected in the system control, and high reliability is maintained for the system monitoring device.
