PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce an aluminum alloy brazing sheet remarkably improved in fatigue strength after brazing, excellent in corrosion resistance, furthermore free from fusing at the time of brazing, capable of miniaturizing and lightening, giving an industrially remarkably effect and used for a heat exchanger. SOLUTION: In a heat exchanger obtd. by brazing using an aluminum alloy brazing sheet having a three layer structure in which one side of an aluminum alloy core material contg. at least Cu is clad with an aluminum alloy brazing filler metal, and the other side contains at least Zn and Mg, on the boundary part on the side of the core material near the boundary between the core material and sacrificial material of the brazing sheet, Al-Cu-Mg-Zn precipitates in which the longest size is regulated to 1 to 50nm are distributed by >=150pieces/μm<3> . Thus, the heat exchanger made of aluminum alloy excellent in fatigue strength and corrosion resistance can be obtd.
