摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the Newton rings generated between upper and lower substrates to improve the quality of an input device represented by a touch panel, to make the spacer holding the interval between the substrates completely out of sight and to suppress the dispersion of the input load on the whole surface of the input part of the input device. SOLUTION: This input device has a first substrate in which a first transparent electrode layer is formed on one surface and a second substrate in which a second transparent electrode layer is formed on the other surface and plural spacer particle groups composed by the flocculation of the plural spacer particles are regularly arranged on the second transparent electrode layer. The first substrate 1 and the second substrate 2 are arranged so that the first transparent electrode layer and the second electrode layer may be relatively opposed. The spacer particle group flocculates spherical spacer particles to be 5 to 20μm in the diameters so that flocculation density may be 0.01% or more and 5% or below within the range of 1mm<2> or more to 100mm<2> and the spacer particle group is formed by 1mm or more and 10m or below of the space of the adjacent flocculated spacer particles.</p>
