PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily provide a high-reliability pitch changing connector by exposing the end section of multiple wiring paths provided on the plate face of a rectangular insulating plate element on both end faces at different pitches, and laminating many insulating plate elements on the plate faces. SOLUTION: Many rectangular insulating plate elements 12 is laminated in the thickness direction X to form a board main body 11, and wiring path patterns 20 of the same configuration having multiple wiring paths 21 made of a metal film stripe body are provided on the same side faces of the plate faces of the adjacent boundary faces of the insulating plate elements 12. The end sections of the wiring paths 21 are exposed on both end faces 22, 23, and the layout pitches of the exposed faces are made small on the surface 13 and large on the back face 14. A pitch changing connector 10 formed with a connection section 24 surely and electrically connecting a surface electrode element having a fine layout pitch and a back face electrode element having a coarse layout pitch is obtained.
