PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To convert an analog image signal into a binary output signal accurately by comparing a comparison voltage being a sum of a voltage level stored in a voltage storage section and a reference voltage with the analog image signal and binarizing the analog image signal according to the magnitude of them. SOLUTION: A reference voltage 41 generated by a reference voltage generating section 4 is added to a voltage level 53 stored in a voltage storage section 5 and a comparison voltage 71 is generated by an adder 7. An analog image signal 1 is given to a comparing section 6 by using a ground level GND for a reference potential to binarize the signal 1 on one hand via an analog input section 3, and the other is given to a voltage storage section 5, in which the signal is given selectively to a voltage storage element 51 via a switching element 52. A voltage level 53 stored in the storage section 5 and a reference voltage 41 are added to be a voltage 71 and it is compared with the analog image signal 1 are compared by the comparing section 6, which binarizes the analog image signal 1 and provides an output of a binary signal 2 depending on the magnitude of them.
|
