摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a recording medium which has the good adhesion property of a base material with an aluminum thin film, is less deformed by the moisture absorption of a recording medium and is excellent in the maintenance of performance at and under a high temp. and high humidity. SOLUTION: The laminate of the optical type information recording medium formed by sticking two sheets of the laminates consisting of the base material and the aluminum thin films to each other or sticking this laminate and the base material consists of 25 to 60wt.% methacrylate (a) expressed by CH2 =C (CH3 )COOR, 15 to 40wt.% maleimide monomer (b), 5 to 25wt.% acrylonitrile (c), 5 to 25wt.% styrene (d) and 0 to 15wt.% monovinyl monomer (e) copolymerizable with the components (a) to (d) described above. The laminate obtd. by forming the aluminum thin film at >=400 angstrom by a sputtering method on the copolymer base material having >=110 deg.C thermal deformation temp. and 0.4 to 1.0dl/g intrinsic viscosity is used.
