PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the electric characteristics, image quality, repetition characteristics, and resistance to environmental conditions by forming an interlayer of a hardened film composed mainly cat a polysulfide polymer and an amino resin and iodine fixed to them. SOLUTION: The interlayer formed between a conductive substrate and a photosensitive layer is a hardened film composed mainly of the polysulfide polymer and the amino resin and the iodine fixed to them, and it is effective that the polysulfide polymer has disulfide bonds between each repeating unit in the main chain, the amino resin is a melamine resin or benzoguanamine resin, the interlayer contains polyiscoyanate, and an iodine content is 0.1-5 weight % of the solid part of the resin. Rise of residual potential is prevented by using this hardened film for the interlayer even in the case of 10-20μm film thickness.
