<p>An apparatus (10) comprises a heating room (11) for the articles of food, heating means (14) and a ventilator (16) for creating a hot air current, and further comprises means (17, 19, 20, 22, 24, 26, 28) which can subject the heating room to a rocking movement around a horizontal axis (13). The heating room (11) is nearly closed and the heating means (14) and ventilator (16) are inside the heating room (11) and are fixedly connected to the heating room (11) so that the relative distance between the heating means and the articles of food does not change during the rocking movement.</p> |
