Plug housing with main part and locking part

The plug casing includes a main part (1) which comprises at least one chamber (2) for receiving a contact element. The chambers are arranged in a single- or double-row. A locking part (3) is formed as a hollow cylinder or as a cap, and can be plugged on the main part through the contact side in such way, that it surrounds the main part with the chambers at least partially. The locking part comprises at least one springy latching element (4) on at least one side, with which it is locked with the main part. The locking part is movable transversely w.r.t. the insertion direction of the contact elements, between an insertion position, in which the contact elements can be inserted, and a lock position, in which the latch elements engage in such way into the chambers, that the contact elements are locked.
