Disclosed is an apparatus to control an angle of a front bulb of a car. The apparatus comprises a distance detector(10, 20), a decline degree detector(30, 40), an enable signal generator(45) and a controller(50). The distance detector(10, 20) detects a distance between the main shaft and the lower portion of the car-body. The decline degree detector(30, 40) detects a decline degree due to rising of front portion of the car. The enable signal generator(45) generates an enable signal as a result of comparing the distance and the degree. The controller(50) controls the motor driver(60) according to the enable signal and degree. Thereby, the angle of the front bulb is automatically regulated according to the distance and degree.
