PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration of quality and taste and secondary contamination of a solid material by sterilizing at an optimum sterilization condition for each of materials used for packing. SOLUTION: This sterilization packing of solid-containing food is to fill a pretreated solid material (a) into a cup 3 to be subdivided by measuring for one meal, receive the plural cups 3 into a cassette 5, put the cassette 5 into a sterilizer 7 and directly sterilize the solid material with steam in the sterilizer 7, take out the cup 3 from the cassette 5 in a clean booth 8 after sterilization, fill the solid material into a bag (c) or a vessel with a seasoning solution (b) which has been separately sterilized, and closely pack the assembled materials. |
