PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an Fe-Ni alloy for electron gun parts excellent in blankability by specifying a composition consisting of Ni, Si, Mn, and Fe and also controlling the form of existence and amount of inclusions to respectively specified ranges. SOLUTION: In an Fe-Ni alloy having a composition consisting of, by weight, 30-55% Ni, <=0.5% Si, <=1.5% Mn, and the balance essentially Fe with inevitable impurities, A-type or B-type inclusions of >=10μm length and C-type inclusions of <=5μm diameter are contained by 10-1000pieces and 100-50000pieces, respectively, per mm<2> of cross-sectional area parallel to rolling direction and plate- thickness direction. The control of these inclusion can be done by regulating the amount of inclusions in essential raw materials, inclusion-forming elements, etc., and subjecting mixed raw materials to vacuum melting. By this method, the blankability of this alloy can be improved, and press-blanked electron gun parts can be obtained without causing burr.
