PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a pigment ink for an aqueous ball point pen excellent in resistance to corrosion of metals and dispersion stability by adding diisopropylammonium nitrite as a rust preventive agent to a pigment ink. SOLUTION: In this pigment ink for an aqueous ball point pen that comprises pigments, a dispersant, and an aqueous medium, diisopropylammonium nitrite having the formula, [(CH3 )2 CH]2 NH.HNO2 is added as a rust preventive agent. |
