The sleeve/tube/column assembly which constitutes this invention uses a system of a flexible sleeve 2 which isolates the pressurized fluid in the clearance 56 which exists between the inner walls of radius Ro 49 of a rigid and fixed cylinder and the sinuous outer walls S 7-A of a rigid and movable column, covering, by means of a sliding transition piece 54, the walls of the latter or the former, according to the direction of movement of the column. The sleeve has a structure of axial threads 39 responsible for the load function which is inverted according to an infinity of isoperimetric curves where the curve 6-A and the original circumference 52 are included; a structure responsible for the absence of fluid leaks, only with an insulating function 37, which is inverted according to principles of absence of load and isoperimetric approximation. In the transition section it behaves like a tyre/transmission chain hybrid, although the cyclic deformation of the walls are there free from the friction function. The invention is intended, in accordance with the creativity in the use of the inner space of the column and/or of the tube, for moving forces up to a number of metres, from a few kilos up to thousands of tons, using fluids, or vice versa, moving fluids at controlled pressures using forces, it being possible, in any case, for its diameter to range from a few centimetres up to the largest in the world. <IMAGE>
