PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve transmission efficiency of a toroidal continuously variable transmission by reducing a dynamic torque loss of rolling bearings. SOLUTION: The first output gear 22 is constituted by a pair of helical gears with a tilt direction reverse to each other, and the second output gear 24 is formed in a double-helical gear. By this constitution, thrust forces, generated in a meshing part between the fellow first/second both output gears 22, 24, are canceled, so as to reduce a dynamic torque loss of rolling bearings 27, 27. |
