PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a residual oil treating equipment, capable of treating residual oil (bottom oil) produced in a process for purifying crude oil in a refinery, producing electric power in a high efficiency by effectively utilizing heat energy which the residual oil holds, and obtaining required steam. SOLUTION: An additionally heating boiler 20, a NOx removal system 27, an economizer 30 and a desulfurizer 34 are arranged in series on the downstream side on the discharge gas side of a diesel engine 1 for rotating the first generator 2 and a steam turbine 46 for rotating the second generator 45 by steam produced by the additionally heating boiler 20 is driven and further, residual oils f1 and f2 are fed as fuel oil to the diesel engine 1 and the additionally heating boiler 20. |
