PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inspect wood products for transporting articles without an inspector by providing a member for detecting that an inspection member is turned to the direction separating from a target surface of the wood product from the state where the member is pressed against the target surface. SOLUTION: When a head of a nail is projecting from a top surface of pallet, a dog 33 rides on the head and thus a dog support frame 32 is turned counterclockwise around a shaft 31. When a detection part 39a of a sliding arm 39 comes out of a detection range of a proximity sensor 38, namely the sensor is changed over from the state of detecting the detection part 39a to the state of non-detection, projection of nail is detected through lighting of a lamp connected to the sensor 38 and generation of alarm by a buzzer.
