<p>Compounds of formula (I), and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, wherein R1 is C1-C4 alkyl; R2 is C2-C4 alkyl; R3 is H or SO2NR4R5; R4 and R5 together with the nitrogen atom to which they are attached form a pyrrolidino, piperidino, morpholino or 4-N-(R6)-1-piperazinyl group; and R6 is H or C1-C3 alkyl; are selective cGMP PDE inhibitors useful in the treatment of, (inter alia), cardiovascular disorders such as angina, hypertension, heart failure and atherosclerosis.</p> |
