The present invention discloses a device for generation of industrial electrical energy, by taking advantage of the energy of sea or lacustrian waves which break in a shore. The device of the present invention comprises a rolling raft having longitudinal floatings, with their axis being parallelly disposed to the waves tide, and which is pulled and pushed thereby in a backward and forward motion, this movement being subsequently transferred to a couple of chassis or rolling structures which run along ramps perpendicularly disposed to the waves tide, said ramps being anchored in the sea bed and outwardly projecting from the water surface. A differential is mounted over each one of the rolling structures, which are fastened to the raft sides by articulated arms. The differential actuates a transmission case through a shaft using a single gearshift, from the first position to the reverse position. Said gearshift is automatically verified when the chassis movement is inverted; the case finally transmits a high speed rotating movement to a generator. The current produced by the generator is extracted by a cable in a trolley fashion.
