Accordance to the choice of the function setting, a lift system which receives the driving power of a driving device operates on, and the lift(20) performs up and down movement pitch by pitch by the driving of the lift system. As an ejecting plate(25) moves horizontally, an operating finger(26) contacts with a guiding finger(31b) of a rotating part(30) and are inserted in a locking groove(32). Then the rotating part(30) following the movement of the ejecting plate(25) moves around a fixing pin(23), and by a connecting pin(33) of the rotating part(30) inter-locked with a slide part(40). And the slide part(40) is guided by guide pins(22a,22b) and makes a sliding movement.
