<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the control of voices whose output are suppressed due to the priority, etc., when the voices are outputted in plural information processing applications. SOLUTION: This output device is provided with a composite tone storage part 18 which stores the composite tone waveforms to the information processing application where the output of the composite tones are suppressed, a composite tone utterance monitor means 19 which counts the necessary utterance time when the voice waveform data are outputted via a voice output device 11, and a notification means 17 which notifies a user of the time counted by the means 19 and necessary for utterance of the composite tones.</p> |
