<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telephone voting system considering a security counterplan capable of preventing illegal action such as plural votes of the same voter and substituted voting by another voter. SOLUTION: An identification(ID) number allocating part 8 allocates numbers being the ID numbers of respective candidates at random in each voter, prints out the numbers on postal cards and sends the cards to respective voters by mail. Candidate's information including the combination information is stored in data bases 10, 20, 30. At the time of receiving a voter's call, a telephone number analyzer 2 specifies the telephone number of the transmitting source and a microprocessor 4 retrieves the information of the voter from the database 20. A response sentence generating part 5 generates a response sentence in accordance with the retrieved voter's information, a voice synthesizing and recognizing part 6 generates a voice signal based upon the generated response sentence and outputs the voice to the caller. A voted result from the voter is stored in a voted result data base 40 and the completion of voting by the voter is recorded in the voter database 20.</p> |
