<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly correct image blurring for respective photographing modes when a center bias is given. SOLUTION: A shake correction device is provided with an image blurring correction optical system 5 for correcting the image blurring caused by shake acting on the device, a shake detection part 22 detecting the shake, a target position arithmetic part 10 arithmetically operating the target position of the optical system 5, a suppression part 10 suppressing the moving amount of the optical system 5 when the target position arithmetically operated by the arithmetic part 10 approaches the driving feasible limit position of the optical system 5, a photographing mode selection part which can select the desired photographing mode from the plural photographing modes corresponding to photographing states and a suppression control part 10 controlling the suppression of the driving amount of the optical system 5 by the suppression part 10 according to the photographing mode selected by the photographing mode selection part.</p> |
