PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winding coil terminal connecting method and a terminal connection structure by which the reliability of a joint part can be improved by using conductive adhesive and connecting a coil terminal with a lead terminal. SOLUTION: Coil terminals 9a and 9b are arranged on lead terminals 11 and 13, the terminals and irradiated with laser beam, the insulated coating material 25 of the coil terminals 9a and 9b is eliminated and a core wire 27 is exposed. Next, conductive adhesive 31 is applied on the part where the core wire 27 is exposed as a center. Next, a hardening processing is performed for the part on which the conductive adhesive 31 is applied and the part is made to be quickly hardened. After the hardening processing, a temperature is returned to a zoom temperature, a fixing is performed, and the connections of the coil terminals 9a and 9b and the lead terminals 11 and 13 are completed. Because a soldering is not performed in this way, the base material of a lead terminal peripheral part is not damaged by a fire and not only the soundness of the lead terminals and its peripheral part but also that of the connection part can be maintained. A connection work becomes easy and the reliability of the connection part can be remarkably improved. |
