PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving device for an image forming device capable of preventing the transmission of vibration generated in a peripheral part driving force transmission member to a photoreceptor. SOLUTION: The driving device for image forming device is provided with a photoreceptor driving system 4 for transmitting the driving force of a driving motor 3 to the photoreceptor, a peripheral part driving system 4 for transmitting the driving force of the driving motor 3 to the peripheral part, 2 of the photoreceptor, through a peripheral part driving force transmission member 14 and peripheral part pulleys 11, 12 and 13, and a tensile force adjusting idler 19 which is provided on the stretched side of the peripheral part driving force transmission member 14 and whose circumferential part 24 is constituted of an elastic member. When tensile force exerted on the peripheral part driving force transmission member 14 is partially changed by a load fluctuation occurring in the peripheral part 2, the circumferential part 24 of the tensile force adjusting idler 19 is elastically deformed and a partial change in the tensile force of the transmission member 14 is absorbed to prevent the transmission of the vibration generated in the transmission member 14 to the photoreceptor. |
