1. Method of making new pharmacological preparation in semisolid form containing Acyclovir as an active substance, with usage of sodium laurosulfate, glycerine and cetyl alcohol characteristic in that Acyclovir dissolves entirely in 86 percent glycerine at the temperature of 88 - 92 degrees C, adding βphenylethynyl alcohol, which creates solution I, next into this solution 8-10 percent water solution of sodium laurosulfate is added, obtaining solution II, into which subsequently melted cethyl alcohol is added, obtaining solution III, which is gradually chilled while stirring constantly to temperature of 10 degrees C, till obtaining semisolid form of preparation.
