PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the wear detection error of axial slide bearings by decreasing the differences of thermal expansion and contraction lengths due to the temperature differences of the static parts and rotary parts of a canned motor and a sensor. SOLUTION: Radial slide bearings 22, 23 for supporting a rotary shaft 11 are disposed in a canned motor 1. An axial slide bearing 24 for receiving the load to the one axial side and an axial slide bearing 25 for receiving the load to the other axial side are disposed adjacently to one another. The sensor 49 of the axial bearing wear detector for detecting the axial movement amount of the shaft 11 to detect the wear amounts of the bearings 24, 25 is disposed near the bearings 24, 25. |
