<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the repair device which is effective in performing repairing operation for color absence of the color filter with high efficiency and precision without requiring skillfulness. SOLUTION: This device consists of a table on which the color filter 11 having many fine pixels arranged on a transparent substrate is temporarily supported and fixed, a repair film supply unit which supplies a colored photosensitive drum film 14 for repair to a position facing a previously detected pixel absent part of the color filter 11 on the table, an impulse heater 19 which is movable to a position where it comes into contact with the pixel absent part of the color filter 11 across the colored photosensitive drum film 14 for repair, a unit for moving the impulse heater 19, and a power unit 21 which supplies electric power to the impulse heater 19.</p> |
