PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to maintain the strength together with a good rectilinear fixed position unsealability by consisting a cap material film of multilayered films, providing the cap material film with laser processing lines along a replenishing port for laminating materials and constituting the multilayered films of the heat resistant film layer, the layer not processed by the laser beam, the tear guide layer and the adhesive layer successively in this order from the outermost layer. SOLUTION: The cap material film 1 for a toner container consists of a cap part 2 of a part to hermetically close the aperture of the toner container and a handle part 3 for tearing the cap part by the hand, etc., at the time of unsealing. The cap material film is provided with >=1 pieces of the laser processing lines 4 which are the guide for tearing on the extension lines of the same width as the width of the handle part 3. The cap material film consists of, successively from the outermost side, the heat resistant film layer which has the easy tearing property, the layer which is not processed by the laser beam, the layer which is processed by the laser beam and acts as the guide for tearing and the adhesive layer. A uniaxially or biaxially stretched film is used for the heat resistant film layer having the tearing property and aluminum foil is used for the layer which is not processed by the laser beam. The layer which acts as the guide is processed by a carbon dioxide laser and scores, etc., are inscribed. |
