PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control element protection circuit which eliminates a necessity of causing current to flow before a short occurs. SOLUTION: A circuit is provided with a P-type MOSFET which detects a voltage drop of a load 1 caused by the flow of current in the load 1, a current detecting circuit 16 which turns an EST 5 off from the output of the P-type MOSFET 4 when a current which is the same as or higher than a specified level flows in the load 1, and a resistor 8. |
