PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the accuracy of the amplifier by providing a limiter circuit limiting an upper limit and a lower limit of an output signal of a folded cascode amplifier so as to reduce a propagation delay and waveform distortion. SOLUTION: When each of input current signals Iin1 -Iin2 to a folded cascode amplifier 1 is higher than a bias current, an output voltage signal Vfo1 or Vfo2 of the amplifier 1 is increased or decreased. When the signals Vfo1 and Vfo2 are increased and TRs N3, N4 are conductive, the increase in the signals Vfo1 and Vfo2 is limited. When the signals Vfo1 and Vfo2 are decreased conversely, the drain voltage of the TRs N1, N2 is increased to limit the decrease in the signals Vfo1 and Vfo2 . Thus, the increase in a propagation delay time and waveform distortion are prevented. |
