The 1st driving element(52) of the 1st converter(50) is driven by the delivery of the high level signal current from a group of internal temperature detection sensor(22), and the first relay switch(54) is turned on by driving of the driving element(52). The exclusive NOR gate(60) receives the input from the high level signal current of the 1st comparer(32) and the 2nd comparer(42), and performs the exclusive logical summing processing to output a high level signal current. At this time the 3rd driving element(82) of the 2nd converter(80) receives a high level signal current from the 1st comparer(32) for driving. After being switched on by the 3rd driving element(82), the 3rd relay switch(84) is switched over to the air conditioner(14).
