PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a nylon-based repairing agent long in pot-life, coatable with a brush or roll, developing no cracks or debonding, thus useful for repairing cracks of concrete or ordinary plasters, by mixing a nylon-based copolymer solution with specific cement or gypsum. SOLUTION: This repairing agent is obtained by mixing (A) a nylon-based copolymer solution [e.g. produced by copolymerization of the raw material of nylon 6 (ε-caprolactam) or the raw materials of nylon 66 (hexamethylenediamine and adipic acid) and other(s) such as methacrylamide followed by N-alkoxylation to degrade the crystallinity based on hydrogen bond unique to the nylon followed by dissolving the copolymer in a 20% hydrous alcohol] with (B) Portland cement or gypsum. It is preferable that the proportions for the components A and B and the solvent be 5wt.%, 70wt.% and 25wt.%, respectively.
