PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accomplish simplification of structure, reduction in costs and installation space, and facilitation of design and to perform operation and release of a parking brake by means of a single actuating operation of an operation pedal. SOLUTION: An operation pedal 16 and an action member 18 are arranged relatively rotationally around the first center line O1 only by the preset angle, and a brake pedal is connected to the action member 18, while a pole 46 and a rotary member 54 are arranged relatively rotationally around the second center line O2 . A torsional coil spring 58 is arranged over the pole 46 and the operation pedal 16, while a rotational position of the rotary member 54 is regulated by means of an engaging pin 62 arranged in the operation pedal 16, and the rotary member 54 is rotated by means of the engaging pin 62 when the operation pedal 16 is operated and rotationally returned to the original position by the preset angle (c), and then, the energizing direction to the pole 46 is changed into the engagement releasing direction. |
