PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sludge removing device for automatically removing sludge adhering or accumulating in a sludge water recording piping. SOLUTION: Annular scraping blades 3a and 3b are fixed on a moving body 1 constituted of supporting frames assembled in the basket shape at the given intervals in the pipe axial direction. The scraping blade 3a is slightly smaller than the inner diameter of a pipe 6, and the scraping blade 3b is formed still smaller, and both are formed symmetrically, light and left. A wire 5 is connected with connecting fitments 4 installed on both ends of the moving body 1, and the wire 5 is drawn by a drawing device 10 composed of a sieve 12 driven by a motor 11, and the moving body 1 is moved forward or backward inside the pipe by the rotation of the motor 11, which is sequence controlled in the forward or backward direction to scrape sludge adhering or accumulating inside the pipe by the scrapers 3a and 3b and remove the same. |
