<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antistatic polyester film having the excellent blocking properties at a high humidity and the excellent antistatic properties at a low humidity and the excellent coating external appearance. SOLUTION: At least one side surface of a polyester film is coated with coating agent containing (1) 5 to 40wt.% of phosphate antistatic agent, (2) 1 to 20wt.% of surfactant having 12 or less of HLB, and (3) 40 to 90wt.% of at least one type of binder component selected from acrylic copolymer and polyester copolymer, and (4) composition containing 3 to 25wt.% of fine particles each having mean particle size of 10 to 500nm, then dried, orientated and coated with a film.</p> |
