PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a working cost of a coil spring by a method wherein when a tip is turned up, ink or coating liquid is quickly returned to a liquid tank, and the tip can be simply certainly aligned with a shaft core. SOLUTION: A coil spring is made shorter than a tip 1. An inserting nest 4 securing a liquid introducting part 12 from a rear end opening of the tip near to a ball house 2, is provided. The inserting nest is formed of a closed-end type spring support cylinder part 4-1 wherein its length is shorter than a length of the coil spring and its hole diameter is larger than an outer diameter of the coil spring 5, and a partition part 4-2 which is integrally extended by a suitable sheet thickness and almost the same width as an inner diameter of the tip 1 from its rear end side. A tail end part 4-3 which is projected from a rear end of the partition part toward a liquid tank 7 side by at least the same thickness as a thickness of the partition part, is integrally provided. |
