摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to rapidly deal with the announcement of a condition change without the specialized operator by transmitting the artery blood oxygen saturation degree (SpO2 value), etc., measured by the patient himself under a home oxygen therapy to the computer on a hospital side, etc., thereby automatically analyzing the SpO2 value data. SOLUTION: An average±Pa (2 to 3)×deviation is determined by the average and deviation of the total data of the SpO2 values inputted to the computer in the previous month. If there is the data outside this range, this data is excluded, and further, the average and the corrected deviation are calculated. The variation in the measured values by the individual difference of the patient is then corrected. The lower limit value of the SpO2 of the previous month = the average - Pb (2 to 3)×deviation is calculated by this average and the deviation and, thereafter, this lower limit value and the transmitted SpO2 values of this month are compared by the computer. When the measured value falls below the lower limit value, the rapid drop of the SpO2 value is decided. The change of the condition is then immediately announced to the hospital side by an alarm, etc.</p>
