BONDABLE ETHYLENE COPOLYMER RESIN COMPOSITION AND LAMINATE USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a bondable ethylene copolymer resin composition improved in the retentivity of bondability in a high-temperature atmosphere by mixing a specified (un)modified ethylene/α-olefin copolymer and an ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer. SOLUTION: Fifty (50) to 95 pts.wt. (un)modified ethylene/α-olefin copolymer prepared by optionally grafting an unsaturated carboxylic acid (derivative) onto a long-chain branched ethylene/α-olefin copolymer obtained by copolymerizing ethylene with a 3-20C a-olefin in the presence of an olefin polymerization catalyst comprising a compound containing a transition metal of group IV in the periodic table and having ligands each having a cyclopentadienyl skeleton and an organoaluminumoxy compound and having a density of 0.850-0.895g/cm<3> and an MFR (at 190 deg.C under a load of 2.16kg) of 0.01-200g/10min is mixed with 50-5wt.% ethylene/vinyl acetate (5-40wt.%) copolymer having an MFR of 0.1-50g/10min to obtain a bondable ethylene copolymer resin composition having a density of 0.870-0.900g/cm<3> , an MFR (at 190 deg.C under load of 2.16kg) of 0.1-100g/10min, a degree of crystallinity (X-ray diffractometry) of 30% or below and a graft amount of 0.000 1-5wt.%.
