PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject adsorbent capable of readily and efficiently removing an antibody to glycolipid from a body fluid and useful for an extracorporeal circulation curing, etc., of immune neuropathy by bonding a compound having an anionic group on the surf ace of a porous substance. SOLUTION: The objective adsorbent for an antibody to glycolipid having a compound having an anionic group on the surface of a porous substance, having 2-60μeq/ml an anionic group amount and 0.2-20mg/ml globulin characteristic value and capable of readily and efficiently removing an antibody to glycolipid such as an antibody to ganglioside from a body fluid and useful for curing, etc., of immune neuropathy is obtained by preparing a spheroidal porous substance having 98μm average granular diameter by a suspension polymerization of vinyl acetate with triallyl isocyanulate in an heptanol and phosphoric acid buffer aqueous solution, saponifying, reacting with epichlorohydrine in dimethyl sulfoxide containing sodium hydroxide to obtain an activated porous substance having an epoxy group, then reacting with tryptophan in a carbonate buffer solution of pH9.8.
