For submission is chosen thrombopoetin, and DNA, which codes the thrombopoetin, and recombinant or synthetic thrombopoetin production and purification methods. It was shown that various forms of thrombopoetin have an effect on blood cells, especially on replication, differentiation and maturing of megakarocyte precursors. Therefore, these combinations may be used to cure thrombocytopeny. |
