发明名称 METHOD OF METALLIZING SURFACE OF POLYESTER FIBER
摘要 PURPOSE:To metallize the surface of a polyester fiber with high adhesion by irradiating the polyester fiber with specific ultraviolet pulse laser, cleaning, then activating and subjecting to electroless plating treatment. CONSTITUTION:A polyester fiber is irradiated with ultraviolet pulse laser radiation at 248nm wavelength under pulse energy condition of 50-150mJ/cm<2> fluence to form fine unevenness on the surface of the fiber. The fiber is cleaned, washed and surface potential is made plus. Then palladium as an activation catalyst is made into an aqueous solution of minus potential, the fiber is immersed in the aqueous solution, dehydrated, activated and immersed in a given electroless plating solution to deposit a metal on the surface of the fiber.
