Disclosed is an apparatus to open and close a door of trunk and fuel injection part. The apparatus comprises a fix bracket(2), a protrusion(18), fix pieces(22a,22b), fix holes(21a,21b), a spring(8), a co-moving lever(1), a holder(11), actuators(A,B), fix anfractuous pieces(15a,15b), and slotter holes(12a,12b). The fix bracket(2) is combined with a floor side panel(S). The protrusion(18) protruded on front of the fix bracket(2). The fix pieces(22a,22b) formed at rear side of the fix bracket(2). Open/close cables of the trunk and the fuel injection part are connected to each fix pieces(22a,22b) through the fix holes(21a,21b). The spring(8) is inserted on a main shaft(3) of the fix bracket(2), the co-moving lever(1) is installed by the main shaft(3). The holder(11) formed anfractuously on front of the co-moving lever(1). The actuators(A,B) extrudes at each side of rear of the co-moving lever(1). The fix anfractuous pieces(15a,15b) are formed to the upper direction of the actuators(A,B). Thereby, using mechanism of the co-moving lever(1), the structure is simplified and the performance is better.
