<p>A cosmetic composition which is efficacious in normalizing the skin and protecting the skin from damages due to active oxygen and ultraviolet rays, thus solving the problems encountering in the conventional cosmetics. The composition contains amino acids or higher fatty acids essentially required by indigenous dermal bacteria as a proliferation factor for these bacteria, higher fatty acids as a growth inhibiting factor for noxious dermal bacteria, sebum or sweat components as a nutrient for indigenous dermal bacteria, and a base. The cosmetic can supply a 'sebaceous layer' similar to the natural one composed of various normal dermal bacteria and thus make the skin beautiful and healthy.</p> |
