FIELD: water purification. SUBSTANCE: invention refers to a method of cleaning reservoir surface from oil patch wherein patch is localized with floating enclosure and, after admission tank is filled with oil- polluted water, oil is separated from polluted water and removed. Invention consists in that opened from above admission tank is immersed within oil patch to such an extent that its top part were below water surface and, after admission tank is filled with oil- polluted water, first pure water is pumped away from below the tank into reservoir and then polluted water into cooled tanks with temperature below freezing point of water but above that of oil. Once water in cooled tanks is frozen, oil is decanted from ice surface into collecting tanks and ice is melted followed by draining melt water into reservoir. In addition, floating enclosure is made in the form of ring constituted by flexible tape weighted from below to maintain its vertical position. Enclosure is squeezed as oil is being removed from the reservoir surface. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of cleaning water surface. |
