FIELD: radio engineering. SUBSTANCE: proposed technical approach refers to equipment generating and measuring noise signals. Noise generator has device 1 for input of controlling signal, resistive radiating element 2 and output path 3. Output path is microstrip conductor 4 with blocking capacitor 9 placed on backing 5 with base 6. Device 1 for input of controlling signal presents LC filter based on choke 7 and capacitor 8.
