FIELD: refrigerating engineering. SUBSTANCE: prior to preparation of refrigerator for storage of chilled products, preliminary cooling of housing filled with products to be transported is accomplished by continuous circulation of refrigerant in closed circuit: supply of high-pressure refrigerant from hot adsorber 9 of one unit, condensation of its vapor in condenser 5, throttling and evaporation of refrigerant at low pressure in evaporator 4 accompanied by production of cold and absorption of vapor of low-pressure refrigerant in cold adsorber of the same unit. The procedure is similar for the second unit. Start and end of operational stages will be effected by sending the commands for opening and closing respective valves, as well as for starting and completing the preheating procedure of respective adsorbers. In the course of operating, heat regeneration occurs between hot flow of high-pressure refrigerant fed from hot adsorber of one unit and nozzle of adsorber being heated at this moment of other unit. EFFECT: reduction of power requirements; avoidance of necessity of withdrawal of products from refrigerator during its preparation for operation. 5 cl, 3 dwg |
