Cable spooler for electric lawn mower

A cable spooler for an electric mower fits between the plug and the machine. The cable(1) goes around two pulleys (2,3) with horizontal axes, turning independently of each other. The first pulley is pivoted about a vertical axis and the lower one is held from above in the style of a tackle block. The cable lead-in is coaxial to the vertical pivot axis. From the upper pulley, the cable runs along a horizontal arm (4). The cable restoring tension is provided by a weight (5) mounted on the lower pulley and the weight of the pulley itself. The extra weight can be detached. The upper pulley can swing through a full circle.
