PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a database for classification and omit classification processing by eliminating the need for classifying operation for selecting a function to be inputted at uncertain situation before data input and classifying data according to item names. SOLUTION: The processor, equipped with a 1st storage means 2 which stores data inputted from an input means 1, a means 3 which decides the item and contents of the data, a means 5 which processes the data into file data by purposes that are divided by functions, a function and item reference table 4, a 2nd storage means 7 which stores data by functions, a means 6 which classifies and stores the processing results in the 2nd storage means 7, etc., judges a function which can be converted by matching the item name in the input data against a function and item reference table when a plurality of pairs of item names and contents are inputted, and converts the data into data of the function and stores the data. |
